  • How Long Is The Energize & Empower Program?

    E&E runs for 8 weeks with an additional month of support at no additional cost- so 3 months total!

  • How do the calls work?

    I give you lifetime access to my 8 moduel course teaching you about mindset, food, self love, etc. We have bi- weekly group calls where we'll go over 2 lessons at a time. There will also be live coaching so you have personalized attention within the group setting.

  • Are there workouts included?

    Yes! I give you 8 weeks of workouts through my app. Gym and home workouts are included!

  • Is this a weight loss program?

    This is truly a lifestyle program. I can't guarantee you'll lose weight, but I do know that you'll improve your daily habits, which ultimate may lead to weight loss over time. I do write up a personalized macronutrient protocol for each person.
